Being 32ohm, is going from a Fiio E10K to a Schiit Modi/Magni stack going to make any noticeable difference? I don't mind spending the extra money as long as it's going to yield results.

FWIW, I own a Fiio E7 and a Modi, and I've had a Magni in my system. Plainly said, they all perform poorly compared to better gear. I'd suggest making a bigger leap, even if it means waiting for a while.

If this were me, I'd buy a used Matrix M-Stage with a USB DAC from the classifieds for ~$150, and then wait and save if you still feel the need to upgrade. Good luck.
