I'm looking for an HQ well built cable splitter for connect iPOd to amplifier..all suggestions about shops or brands(best if EU based) are welcome! Thank you very much

You want an ipod line-out dock that terminates to dual RCA connectors, like this one.
 
For something more "audiophile", I think any of the cable builders like Moon Audio, APS, etc., can make one.
