Best circumaurals <$200 with present bass?

Friend of mine wants me to recommend him headphones that go fully around the ear and have great sound/bass for less than $200. GOGOGO, haha jk. But yea, I'm not a can expert by any means, they can be open or closed so go crazy. Thanks.

This will probably get mentioned a lot, but you can get a Beyerdynamic DT770 for less than $200 which would be perfect because of its enormous bass.
