Best cheap on ear headphones ?

I don't own a set, so this is just what I've heard others say, BUT the Fidelio M1 gets talked about very favorably. I'm led to understand the sound is very close to that of the Fidelo L2, which is excellent. I googled it and it looks like you could get some for around $50-60.

ok thanks, but for you what are the most important differences betweeen the KTXPRO 1 and the koss porta pro ?

In comparison, the KTXPRO1 is transparent, open, and dynamic, while the Porta Pro just sounds kind of dull and mediocre to me, with lower performance in those areas. The drivers are nearly identical (with the KTXPRO1 having titanium coating) but the enclosures are different and account for the main differences in sound. I swapped the drivers to confirm this. On the positive side, both are among the most comfortable headphones I have worn, but, as with most things, this is subjective.
