Depends what you listen to and what you're after.
Personally, I listen to jazz and classical and I'm after balance and a natural quality of the instruments. I've never heard the Ety, but out of everything I've heard, I love the RE0 for that price.

Err...what sort of sound signature do you like? Also, stay away from the etys, no music in real life is as bass-anemic as etymotic would have you think.
