Best ASIO dll for foobar?

I use ASIO with my Transit, but I really don't use it for improved quality, I just like to have all my volume control with foobar (and thus foobars keyboard shortcuts). YMMV of course.

I thought you were using DirectSound v2? I've tried ASIO with my Transit, and I seem to get random clicks and pops every now and then. Played with the latency settings but without any improvement. What do you know I don't?

Incidentally, did you ever get Kernel Streaming to work with your rig?

You might like to look at another thread. I think that will answer your question.

I've never got KS to work, but that has never been an issue, ASIO accomplishes the same thing. I do get the odd pop or click with ASIO, but not enough to dissuade me from using it.

I can't seem to get it to work.
Normal and SSE are the only ones that will load, the others error out when foobar starts. I tried them all one at a time.
When the output isn't set on 32bit i get no ouput, when it is on 32 bit I get a weak output in the right channel, and constant popping?
Anyone know what's goin on.
My source is M audio Firewire Audiophile, and the hardware I selected under the ASIO options is M Audio ASIO.
Thanks guys

Alright I fixed the right channel only problem, the Shift Output was set to one, put it on zero. But there is a constat clicking. I've tried both 24bit padded to 32, and 32 fixed, 24fixed gets no ouput.

Normal is for the Original Pentium (all versions), AMD K6 (all versions), and the original Athlon/Duron. The SSE version is for the Pentium 2, 3, and 4 (all versions), AthlonXP (all versions), Duron (1.4 GHz and up). The SSE2 version is for the Pentium 4 (all versions), and the Athlon64 (all versions) and the SSE3 version is for the Pentium 4 (Prescott-only, I think).

ASIO is supported by Transit, KS not. The clicks and pops occurs when I upsample, however for 44.1/24/high latency there's no problem.
