I have had my UE11's for the past 2 months but now I am finally ready to get an amp and I am also planning on picking up the RS1 & K701 headphones.

I was looking at the Hornet or SR-71 but am open to any suggestions that world work with this set up.

LISA III with an attenuator seems like a common choice.

Better hurry when the new batch comes in though soon, they've been out of stock two months already.

i have the ue-11
also- tomahawk,hornet and sr-71!!
the sr-71 sounds fantastic while the hornet is not so good (my ears) too me there is waaaaay too much bass with hornet/ue11 combo!
the only issue i have with sr-71 is that it is set to a gain of (6) and im planning on sending back to ray to re-set gain to (2) or (4) and then it will be perfect for ue-11.
the other fantastic amp synergy with ue-11 is portable millett hybrid from t.t.v.j. com very lush and sweet.

Thanks for the input, the Hornet did produce too much bass to my ears, so given the Predator has a more Hornet sound, maybe Pico's better for UE11, i dunno.

I own a RS-1 and a K701. I use them with my portable rig and they sound awesome. My portable rig amp is a RSA "M" Hornet. Never heard the UE11, so can't comment on it. The Hornet paired with the RS-1 and K701 is perfect IMHO ...

So it looks like I might need to buy 2 amps unless I can find one that will work for all of them.

If you feel the hornet with the UE11's had too much bass I do not even want to give it a try, I like bass but I do not want it to over power the music.

Well I emailed the company about the Lisa III and have yet to hear anything back, do you know if there are any other sites you can order it from?

Ah, its not quite back in stock yet. Should be less then a week and a half before they come back in stock, which isn't bad considering that its been out of stock since early October. They are very hard to find right now, but I really don't think it will be long. Keep checking this thread:
