Best Amp+DAC To Drive Sennheiser HD518 (Budget 120 $)

I am planning to buy Sennheiser HD518 & require a desktop Amp+DAC to upgrade from my on-board audio.
 
My sole requirement is listening to music. My most collection is 320kbps.
 
Some Amp+DAC's in my mind are
 
FiiO E17
Audinst HUD Mini
 
Portability is not an issue, i will mostly use it with my desktop or sometimes with my laptop.
 
I have read all the reviews everywhere, headfonia says that the sound quality that Audinst Mini produces beats the E17 in every aspect except portability.
 
Please help me out people.

I would say to go for the HD558 ($130) and the Fiio E10 ($75).
