Best $200 USB DAC

I'm interested in acquiring a USB DAC. I'd rather avoid a BitHead or PortaCorda USB since I'd like to have some versatility and choice in amps. This will be used between a laptop and desktop, so USB would be ideal. Any ideas on a USB DAC in this price range?

Does anybody have any experience with the xitel pro hifi link? I use it to connect to my headphone amp and I don't have any complaints. Never tested it against anything else. Maybe somebody can chime in
