True, but no company forward-thinking enough to add digital inputs to a cd player is still making cd players now. Believe me, nothing better has come out in the last two years.

Wadia's CD players tend to have digital inputs and outputs available as an extra-cost option. The company also has an upgrade available that converts one of the inputs (the rarely-used AT&T optical) to a USB input.
