excuse me, not to bash Bejringer, but i would like to bash them a bit

naaa really... it's probably follows a common Behringer tradition - nice looking, not very good sounding and cheap. they are ok with features, but these are headphones, no features

i don't say all their products are crap, but in the lower level, it's just design mostly.

As for me, you can bash them as much as you like - if they deserve bashing. I discovered only yesterday the existence of those Behringer headphones while surfing the net, and I just wanted to know if anybody here knows how they sound like. They look cool and well built, IMO - as for the sound... that's exactly why I opened the thread, to gather information.

So, if no one will jump now and say "wait, these are great headphones, especially for the money!", I will understand that they do not deserve much discussion...

Cute! I have been thinking that I need a pair of white headphones. After my very positive experience with their new eq, I am not afraid to try their headphones (and maybe even their headphone amps).

AdamZuf, your speculative Behringer bashing would normally be offensive, but in this case...

What the (Head-Fi) world needs least is another pair of dodgy closed cans. (I say that without prejudice to the Behringer cans, which I haven't properly evaluated yet).

What we could use though would be a budget valve headphone amp, with decent sound of course. Behringer is the obvious candidate to churn out a few thousand of said item, but they haven't clicked to it yet. With adjustable "warmth" the audiophiles would love to hate it, but in the very least it would be interesting.

Sorry greenhorn, off-topic.
Please continue...
