Basso D10

Hello, sorry if I have missed this posted elsewhere but I want to ask is the D10 advisable for a 'noob' I won't want to spend a fortune and this as it is old now seems reasonable.
 
I am using a Galaxy Note 4 not rooted and a set of Sennheiser ie80 this is my first serious venture into the more expensive end of the market and would like to think I could get the best out of my setup.
 
If the D10 should be avoided let me know and also if I should spend the extra and get the oppa ha2 or the D14 form basso would this be the better strategy.
 
I have looked around and I have seen a lot of of information, actually too much as I just couldn't read through it all. So please forgive me if I am repeating a question and let me know your thoughts.

I thought the D14 had replaced the D10 which is now discontinued. I tried the HA2 and D14, eventually went with the D14 as it was cheaper and sounded just as good (to me) as the HA2. The HA2 is more portable than the D14 which certainly isn't pocketable.

Thanks you are most likely right, and I assumed this was an older version however I am looking at the used market as well as the new as the budget is tight due to car problems.
