For me, too much bass is a huge issue.
I listen to Trance, favorite artists BT and Hybrid. Both of them have such intricate sounds, with too much bass, you can't hear how amazing their music really is.
ES Posthumus, Orchestra/Choir meets cutting edge electronica. Same thing, too much bass can't hear everthing.
Vast/Celldweller. Both bring electronica to heavy rock. While the bass is tons of fun for the bass guitar and the low guitar riffs, drums. But then you can't hear their electronica and other intricate sounds well.
So for those who love bass, cause bass is always a criteria on this forum that is heavily debated.
What do you listen to that you require so much bass. What music you listen to where the bass doesn't overpower the other spectrums of sound in your music?
