I used to have the Beyerdynamic DTX 101 IE and the AudioTechnica CKS 77 but I am looking for something that has extremely good bass, smooth and clear mids and highs. In the price range of $100-200, what do any of you guys recommend. THANKS MATES

Hi,

You should definitely look into Yamaha EPH-100.

Best Luck!

Sounds like the Sennheiser Momentum (but that's $300 on sale).

Similar options include Sony MDR-1R (sub-$200) vs AKG K545 ($200 at razerdogaudio). However, those are portable, closed options.

Do you require portable/closed? If not you can jump over to AKG K550 ($220 - non-portable/closed) vs. Sennheiser 598 (sub-$200 - open/non-portable) vs beyer dt 770 (sub-$200 - closed/non-portable) ... etc...

There are a ton of options. Also, depends on your music/sound sig preferences
