Bantam BA1000 2GB HDD digital music player

Hi all, just joined the club. Anyway, I was just wondering that if anyone here owns a Bantam BA1000 2GB mp3 player? and if yes, what's the pro's and con's about it? saw one on ebay for US$130.00, much cheaper than ipod.Thanks guys.

Bump!! Anyway this player is quite new perhaps not many people had heard of it. Here is what it looks like:

That's not really "new," just horribly delayed. I remember waiting most of 2003 (or is it 2002?) for it to come out... but at least on paper, its advantage over rivals had completely diminished by the time of launch.

I guess $130 is a nice price though, unless they got it terribly wrong in sound or usability. Happy eBaying!

There is a bump on the back of the player that they are hiding in their photos....i wouldnt buy it. Get a Nitrus, or mini-ipod instead...or a cheap 15-20gb player like the Dell DJ.
