The problem is not so easy.
From the box it is not V2.
But it sound different from V1.
I'm buying V2 to check.
Howver, rapha is a nice special version

Does any one use it, My lovely version.
I have tried H6 with some dac/amp and find the most suitable is grace design M9xx. But when you have higher amp like HDVD800 or Audio GD M9 it will benefit very much, nice to try.

I would like to give my impression but it will take times, wait for me

You won't go wrong with the Belkin Mixit Aux Cables. They fit the H6 socket perfectly...

I have that same Belkin cable on my gen2 H6... I bought the grey one because my headphones have the natural color pads and the grey matches the plastic housing.

I've not heard the first group of you mentioned, I've heard all of the second group (assuming you're talking about wired momentums)
and I prefer the h6 gen1 and gen2 to all of the second group you mention.

The first group is fullsize desk so it is not compatible to compare and the characteristic of each is too different
The other group i'm sure that H6 gen 2 is better.
If you want to compare, I can suggest some: MH40, P7, H6, 1A, ... It is portable fullsize.

The main problem with H6 is the price. It is too low. They should be priced at least at 1k$ for people stop asking and comparing the h6 to the likes of hd650 and others...simply because the h6 really sound astonishingly good. So when you hear the H6 and then look at the price you start scratching your head and asking question whether the +1k$ asking price of inferior sounding headphone can be called "normal".

Short answer? - Yes. They are probably the most balanced and rounded of the portable over the ear cans. I love the MDR-1A, btw. They are closest to those, but with better low frequency balance and clarity.
