So am I right in saying that to use the Sophia or KR  PX-4 with the BA, all you have to do is change the voltage from 5V to 4V?

XII I am using EAT 300B and a TS BGRP driver.

The EAT 300B compared to the KR PX4 have better defined mids and smoother lower end.
Together with the TS BGRP they make the SR325is sound excellent.

Anyone try the Shuguang Treasure 300b?

My Balancing act will be arriving today! I have loads of 6sn7 to roll: Ken-rad VT231, RCA VT-231, Sylvania 6sn7gtb, RCA 5692, Sophia 6sn7,  Shuguang Treasure cv-181z, Brimar cv1988....but not the Tung-sol round-plate...are they really that good?

Actually, it turns out I only get JJ300b due to a misunderstanding (which I guess partially explains the low price).

XXII you got an excellent deal, if I known somebody was going to sell their BA so soon so low I would have waited for sure!
And yes the TS BGRP are that good!
Just make sure you get a nice, strong tube, you won't be sorry.
