I have a dumb question.

In the pictures of the Cardas and Clou balanced headphone cables on the Headroom site instead of regular 1/4" headphone plugs they have the three-pronged connectors. But the front of the Blockhead looks like it has regular headphone jacks. Am I blind and not seeing this correctly? Where do you plug in your headphone on the Blockhead?

I'm just curious, unfortunately I can't justify spending that much on a headphone amp and requisite balanced source.

Actually, what the front of the Blockhead has is jacks that can accept both 1/4 AND XLR (balanced/3 pronged) plugs. You can see the the 1/4 hole looks like it has a sort of star pattern around it. That's where the XLR prongs fit in. I'm pretty sure the Blockhead ones are Neutrik (sp?) and are great quality.
