Hi there,
I hope someone might be able to help me here, yesterday on impulse I picked up a Lenco GL78 without a plinth. It appears to be taken from a dynatron system.
I know nothing about fixing these things up with new plinth, arm and cartridge etc. but I thought I would give it a go. First though I just want to plug it in and see if it even works.
However I am baffled before I even begin, there appears to be three shortish connection wires coming from it, one with a small two pin plug that Ive never encountered before ( Im from the UK), another is a yellow wire which Im guessing is the ground wire and the other is a wire divided into red and white with a siver wire in between them.
Now, I feel incredibly stupid here but Im not even sure which is the main power cable. It looks to be the two pin one, but how do I go about putting a new plug on it with just two wires? or is there an adaptor I can get? Then what do I need to do to get the other wires to connect to my amp?
Many thanks for listening.
