My predictions for this season, AL only. i don't follow the NL

EAST
Bos RedSox (trio of beckett, dice-k, and schilling too good not to win)
NY Yankees (offense will overcome most of their pitching woes)
Tor Blue Jays (good team, but tough division)
Bal Orioles (won't do much this year)
Tam Devil Rays (exciting team, loads of talent, but not ready to compete)

CENTRAL
Det Tigers (are even better than last year)
Cle Indians (weak bullpen will hold them back)
Min Twins (no pitching after the great Johan)
ChA White Sox (team has regressed quickly)
Kan Royals (another up and coming team, but Meche not enough)

WEST
Ana Angels (should take division easily)
Oak A's (good pitching, weak hitting)
Tex Rangers (should hit their way out of the bottom)
Sea Marriners (avg SP and H)

I think the wildcard will be the yanks or indians. as for who will win games after that, who knows.

Rookie of the year: Dice-K or D. Young
MVP: Vlad Guerrero
Cy Young: Johan Santana

what are your predictions?

Boston Red Sox- Best pitching in the East, is the ONLY reason they sit in 1st
Toronto Blue Jays- Someone will get hurt, and in turn, the depth isn't there
New York Yankees- Sorry, but the pitching is poor, and batting can't be great 24/7
Tampa Bay DevilRays- A very improved team, Upton, Dukes will shine, could go .500
Baltimore Orioles- Define a mess, "The Baltimore Orioles"

Minnesota Twins- Pitching again, the bullpen is great
Cleveland Indians- A like them to win it, but MIN is the team to beat
Detroit Tigers- History tells us, you cant have to "overachieving" years in a row
Chicago WhiteSox- They ran their pitching roto too lean, by trading half of it
Kansas City Royals- Two to three years will be nice

Anahiem Angels- No other West team is built to win, so the Angels get it by default
Seattle Mariners- Better pitching, but that lineup could hit for power, minus anyone with a .280 or better average
Oakland A's- Could win it, but Rich Harden can't pitch everyday
Texas Rangers- 2008 is less then 365 years away

Rookie of the Year- Eleshia Dukes. TB
MVP- Grady Sizemore, CLE
Cy Young- Rich Harden
