Hey guys,
 
Any thoughts on how good the B&W MM-1 built-in DAC is? I have the MM-1 speakers and has connected my Sennheiser HD595 headphones to it. It sounds very good, but I can't help but wonder if it would sound even better with, say a Schiit Modi 2 stand alone DAC?

It is on par with Sabre DAC from my AudioQuest Dragonfly v1.0 for sure.  Of course you can always get something better, but you will have to rethink your entire setup.  The MM-1 is still in my book a very good compact desktop all in one setup, and the only other set that I might consider is the Focal XS 2.1 (not the Book version.)
