Just checking whether anyone here as bought SoundMagic products from 'nicheone' on ebay?

Was wondering if these are real and this is an authorized reseller? I noticed the authenticity sticker shown in the image is on the front, but I though its usually on the bottom to prevent tampering/opening the product casing? I've already contacted SoundMagic and will post back if I get a response.
