Hi guys,

After reading a huge amount of reviews based on the ASG-2, I decided to check out what everyone was raving about. However seeing that Aurisonics have bought out the 2.5 and there are no proper reviews on it, I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with these and would like to share their opinions with fellow Head-Fier's. Maybe even a comparison between the 2 and the 2.5?

Cheers

Yes, I bumped this thread because most of the talk in the Fender thread is about ASG 2.5's.
Yeah thats odd how many 2.5 owners go on that thread, atleast go on that one and a 2.5 thread.

Thanks, Im also curious if theres any difference. Judging from my other customs the custom 2.5 should sound very similar to the universal. I ordered the custom because most likely will never get to order one in the future.

Custom 2.5 arrived, fits correctly, sounds better than the universal 2.5 and thats with stock cables. All four of my universal 2.5s have $300 and up after market cables. The customs are heavy and huge but fits perfectly and isolation is very good. Better isolation than any of my previous eleven customs.
