Who does it have to be sent to for repair in the US?

Are units sold by Massdrop under warranty by you??

I'm surprised there hasn't been more discussion on this DAC; Its cost to performance ratio is outstanding. I've been thinking about using it as my workplace driver but my office gets a bit too much traffic if you know what I mean

Please contact the dealer for warranty, including Massdrop. Finally the dealer may contact us, but customers should contact the dealers first They may have different warranty policies (Our basic warranty is 1 year).

Massdrop only offers 30 days warranty. Do we turn to you after that?

Is the RCA out a fixed line output or variable? This is important if I'll switch to a different amp using the high performance DAC inside the Aune X1S.

I wouldn't rely on Aune considering warranty claims. I tried that (via email) and they responded at first but then stopped communicating (been more than a month now).
