Price lowered quite a bit, only 207€ on Aliexpress. (Used to be 239)
Guys I found out that for some reason when I switch to sandisk ad card the dsd popping noise went away! At least 99% of it did
Good to hear that, have anyone of your guys tried out 256gb micro sd card....... my library is getting too big to fit into a 128gb micro sd card.
I'm baffled. The reader on the M1S prefers Sandisk, yet there's still a 1% left to take form as pops or whatever anomaly? If 99% still holds up after some soak in time, I guess Sandisk is a must. Whether the root cause is the physical card reader, a Sandisk card, and/or the firmware, it's been a while since Aune has voiced up. I would think the card class and/or speed class would be the real contributors. Anyways, that's my rant and mine is up for grabs in the FS forums.
I feel like a lot of pages in this thread has been dedicated largely to card reader, and micro-SD Amusing.

Is there hope for tag browsing?
Not to start an argument, in my opinion, I will prefer what Aune is doing right now with music name display because changing TAG for DSD track is more troublesome than changing the FILE NAME for DSD song. Each person opinion differ so yeah chill.......

Guys. Need help. I have a few earbuds that are single ended and I want to use it on balanced. Is it safe to use a 3.5mm male to 2.5mm trrs female adaptor cable? TIA!
I don't know if that would work, but maybe someone can chime in.
BUT you do need to make sure the adapter is terminated like this....
Aune uses the balanced L-, L+, R+, R- (AK Style)

I would definitely send a PM or email Fiio and ask how it was terminated.It looks like this and it was made by fiio
I would ask if Fiio terminated their adapter like this R-, R+, L+, L- or universal? I dunno

Never mind @JaeYoon . Someone just advised me that it's better to have a balanced cable than to use a 3.5mm male to 2.5mm female adaptor cable. He said the output will not be balanced because it's only a trrs. Thanks again
