Here I am, sitting with AudioTrak Prodigy 7.1 card. It's a great card and I love it, however there is just this one little problem. For some reason I cannot get SPDIF to work properly with any DVD movie with DTS or Dolby Digital soundtrak i.e on any movie with 5.1 soundtrack. The SPDIF on the card is working fine, however for some reason my Yamaha TSS-1 speakers only receive 2.0 signal, and not 5.1, so I only have two speakers and subwoofer working. I don't know when the problem started because normally I don't really care about surround sound, but hey, if I have 7.1 card, I would like to use all of its capabilities, but I do know that I had it working about six months ago when I had Win2000 installed. Yesterday I tried to get it working on WinXP and couldn't do it... I tried WinDVD, PowerDVD, ZoomPlayer and none of them work. Anybody has any idea what am I doing wrong? Any ideas on how to fix it? I would appreciate any advice. Thanks.
