i bought a cobalt and had to return it as the volume was so high out of windows that i could not control it - the volume was too loud even at the lowest setting, what i want is feedback on the 1.5 black which on paper has a lower output.
Has anyone used the 1.5 with a windows 10 laptop and can they tell me if the volume issue exists or is there a good range of volume adjustment (especially with iems)
