I recently checked out the Cayin N3 Ultra

The N3 Ultra is an entry level tube based digital audio player from Cayin, coming in at 530$. Under the hood this uses dual AK 4493S dac chips, Ratheon JAN6418 tubes and snapdragon 425 for the processor. Build and design is good. It has good power output, up to 600mw in balanced at 32ohms and the battery life is standard, around 10 hours. For the software this uses a modified version of the hiby OS. Now most importantly sound, you get three options of output mode: solid state, classic tube mode and modern tube mode.
So is it any good? In my opinion this is a fantastic audio player for the price. The overall sound quality is fantastic and honestly there is no competition at this price for a tube based audio player.
