Hi! So I've had a bit of a love/hate relationship with my ESW9, but I've decided that I'm not going to be bringing them with me to college, so I might as well let someone else that'd actually use them have them.

I initially bought these as a broken pair, but I happened to have a fake ESW10JPN frame and was able to swap the broken joint. The downsides are that it's not the same color and the fake part swivels freely in a circle. If it'll help my odds at getting a better trade, I'll cave and buy new joints for both sides so they're as close to new as possible. In addition, the headband has completely flaked, exposing the actual fabric base. It's a $14 for a new headband, so I can also replace that if it'll net me something I like.

Now for the parts that actually help me swap these. These have been recabled with 22AWG SPC wire and terminated with a 3.5mm Yarbo plug. I've been meaning to put multifilament sleeving on it, so when I get that in the mail, I'll be adding that. Also, I removed the yellow fiberglass on the inside and replaced it with some wool felt, which cleaned up the bass a little and makes them a tiny bit brighter, while retaining the sweetness in the mids. I'll include the fiberglass in the sale though in case the trader wants to revert to stock.

Also, it comes with a nice hard nylon case. It's much more protective than the original pouch, which I don't have. I can confirm these are real though. The pads are genuine leather and have a blue ring on the driver.

I found my ACS T1, so I'm just looking for headphones:
Sony CD900ST
V-Moda M100
Sennheiser HD650/HD600/HD580
Sony MA900
Beyerdynamic DT880
Hifiman whatever
JVC DX700
Again, PM if you have anything else. I'm just spitballing ideas.

Oh, one more thing. This is a bit of a long shot, but I'm also looking for a nice watch. If someone has an automatic Hamilton Khaki, Hamilton Jazzmaster Viewmatic, or Tissot Visodate, I'd definitely be up for that (I'll add $100 or so depending on the watch) too.

(Also, CONUS only please. I've had a bad experience with shipping outside of the country and would prefer to avoid it.)

I just realized these basically sound like my Sextett but with more treble and bass and more upfront mids. I don't know if this will help anything or make things worse, but if anyone is wondering what these sound like, imagine that.

O2 and DT48 are gone. And now I just want to trade the ESW9 for headphones...or maybe a DAP. My SGS's headphone jack is loosing contact strength.
