Hi. I'm new to this forum and the audio stuff. I just got a pair of Audio Technica ATH-M50 and i heard that you can improve the audio quality of the headphones by burning them in. My questions are :

- What type of music should i listed for the best and fastest burn-in?
- For how long should i play music for them to burn-in?
- Can i take breaks within the burn-in process? (Playing music to burn them in the night and use the normally the day)
- Should i play low, mid and high frequency sound (music) separately or mix the three?

Using you headphones is the same as burning them in. Normal music mix is good or an app that produces white, brown and pink noise. If you like the sound of your headphones already, then just continue to listen to them, they burn in over time all by themselves :-)
