I've got some of them. Give them a few days burn in, they sound quite bad out of the box, IMO.

Awesome cans.

I was just listening to mine. Love em. Very forgiving, solid bass, and excellent comfort and isolation. Congrats on yours.

My Wallet has arranged a payment plan with my ears. They were only too happy to oblige

I put in about 150 hrs of burn in on my pair of A900's with a variety of music ranging from rock to bass heay music with the volume set slightly louder than what I normal to but not so lound to cause the cans to distort. You should start to notice some change within 30 hrs of burn in.

I did mine for 2 days(48hours) mainly because I was much too impatient to have new headphones sitting close by enticing me!

That time gave me great sounding 'phones.

I went with 100 hours at slightly loud volume (not distorting at all) with all types of music (Colplay, Slayer, Madonna, Vivaldi, John Legend, etc)

i did a frequency sweep for about the first 12 hours (overnight) on my ltd's followed by different types of music at fairly loud volumes...

Oh yeah, I am reminded. I used a burn-in CD, well an MD with the burn-in tracks and a Maiden song set to repeat. So 48 hours was probably more equivalent to 90-odd?

Besides I've used them for many 100s of hours now.
