Hello.
I've seen this on ebay:

I have the ATH-7 headphone and adapter. Does anyone know whether this new adapter will a) Be compatible or b) offer any advantages over my existing adapter?

This is pretty old stuff I know, but I love my ATH7 and I'm always interested in making them sound better.

If it's pin compatible it'll work, but any sound quality gains will be minimal. If you want a boost, hack on a Stax connector to the cable and get a proper electrostatic headphone amp.
