Hey there,
I have a samsung uhd tv (UN55MU6290) which does not have Bluetooth or a headphone jack. I currently have my headphones hooked up to my ps3/2 through the rca port on the systems through an rca to 3.5 mm adapter when I play games on my older systems, but I want to switch over to a Bluetooth setup to eliminate the wires. I was originally using an Astro mixamp which worked well since it worked as both an amp for my headphones and could hook up to any of my systems, however it stopped working and also wasn’t wireless so I’m thinking of going this direction instead of replacing it.
I also want to make my current Sennheiser 598 se headphones Bluetooth to use with the tv so I was thinking of plugging them into a receiver to work with the transmitter. So I’m wondering if this would work okay and produce good audio quality? I’m also looking for suggestions on good brands or specific transmitters/receivers to look for. For price i’d like to stay less than 200 total.
