Audio glitching after upgrading DAC. Only happens on Youtube and Soundcloud currently.

So I bought the Schiit Modi Uber to replace my Fiio E10 that was starting to act up, but this brought up a new problem that is bothering me really badly. This mainly happens whenever I am playing something from Youtube or Souncloud, and ONLY when I have Equalizer APO enabled. APO worked fine on the Fiio. What's happening is whether I am skipping to a later part in the song or i'm starting up a new song, it will make a audible buzz then pop after about half a second, every time. Sometimes I can even hear the beginning of whatever I was playing last whenever I start up a new song.

What could be going on here? Is there some settings I'm overlooking somewhere? The only way to make it go away is by disabling all enhancements under the windows sound settings. If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it because I'm at my wits end!

Not using an equaliser?

Jokes aside there should be no difference at all between the 2 dacs that would cause this, they are both at the end of the chain and just playing whatever pcm comes from the pc, they are doing no processing themselves.
 
Try setting the output to 24:48000 (or something vastly different to whatever you have it set to currently) and see if it changes, gets worse or better.

Ended up being some problem with the way I had my equalizer tuned, something to do with the phase.
