Mine works fine, 2014 + W10. I can dig up the info soon. Emailing Kingwa might be faster, I'm very busy.

The drivers are used according to the USB interface on your NFB-28 and the ship date.

For the older USB32 interface, use drivers on this page:
http://audio-gd.com/Pro/dac/USB32/USB32EN.htm

For the newer Amanero interface:
http://audio-gd.com/Pro/dac/Amanero/AmaneroEN.htm

If you don't know which one you have, you can open your NFB-28 to look at the USB board, or email Audio-GD with your serial #.

Does the pre-out of the NFB-28 mute when you plus in a headphone?

The first button on the front DAC/HP will tell the unit to drive the front outputs or back.

So this sounds to me like it doesn't do it automatically, one must manually push the button to get it to mute the HP and send sound to the pre-outs. Is that correct?

Hi everyone! I`m considering to buy NFB-28 model. And I was wondering is there any lag of quality or often issues with UI in 2016 version? I mean should I expect any factory defects?

I would never "expect" defects from audio-gd. Although any manufacturer could potentially have them. My wife's nfb28 is perfect and a great Dac/amp. Very very high quality build.
