Audio Alchemy DDE v2.0 DAC

what do you guys think about the DAC ? i dont have much information about it

There is someone selling it for around 100USD, is it worth it ?

I've owned the DDE v.3.0 (stock and modded) but haven't heard the v2.0 - the v3.0 was a great product at the time, but I think it has been surpassed by a number of DACs because of the exponential improvements in technology. I don't think it makes sense to buy the old technology now that higher bit rate and upsampling DACs are available, plus the company is no longer in business. You won't have any official support if something goes wrong (although Dusty Vawter at Channel Islands Audio might be able to help you service it should you need it.)

At 100 bucks, I'm not sure what you could get. I guess it depends on if you just want something to screw around with, or are willing to spend more for better sound.
