What bitrate does this card use at 48 and 96 khz respectively?

Is it 16 or 24?

I'm trying to get foobar to do software resampling into 16 or 24 bit to match the sound card.

As you notice there, 96kHz gives the best frequency response and not much effect when changing between 16-bit and 24-bit.
