audigy2/airhead

is there any value of listening to my grados using an airhead coming out of an audigy2 soundcard? does the airhead provide any real discernable difference?
i had purchased it for use with a portable cdplayer and, there it works fine. just wondering if it might help with the sound coming out of the computer and into the grados

OMG AUDIGY SUXX0RZ

Seriously, you should use a better card for music purposes and keep the Audigy for games. The Chaintech AV710 can be had for cheap on Newegg.com.

What model Grados do you have? My SR-60s improve only slightly with a CMoy.

just ordered a av10 from newegg on your recommendation. i guess i will use the old audigy2 for gaming only. why such a huge sound benefit? it seems so inexpensive for all the raves/
