i currently have an 8600.. the stock sound is actually pretty decent.anyways, i recently bought the audigy 2 sz pcmcia notebook version, and the difference is negligible... not sure if i should keep it or not.i can tell that the stock sound card does sound like its a little more hollow or has less treble... but it's not that big of a difference (for $62 i could buy something else, you know?)
