A little confused as to why their warranty on drivers is a maximum of 3 years? I love my Audeze's that I purchased from a forum member 3 years ago and have been my daily headphones since. I was quoted nearly $500 for a driver replacement. Shouldn't a product with this big a price tag have a lifetime warranty?

What LCD type do you have here ? LCD 2 or 2C or 3 or X or 4 ? if that's LCD 4 i think that's fine i guess

Three years seems more than adequate. How many headphone companies offer a lifetime warranty? I don't think it's the norm. Certainly not a lot of consumer products in general have a lifetime warranty, it's a big potential financial pitfall for a company to take on, especially a small company like Audeze

Koss used to. Just applies to older headphones now.

I had a LCD-4 driver fail under warranty. Of course I no longer have it. Not worth the risk.
