Update On Stolen Maxwells
It has come to our attention that there was an erroneous communication regarding Maxwell Headphones that are being sold by 6th Ave electronics. Please be advised that 6th Avenue Electronics/6ave merchandise are authentic and were purchased through an Audeze international distributor. Please disregard any communication you may have received that calls into question the authenticity of the Maxwell Headphones being offered by 6th Avenue Electronics. We sincerely apologize to 6th Avenue/6ave and its customers for any inconvenience/confusion this may have caused.
Info On Stolen Units
Recently, over 1000 Maxwell units were stolen in transit.
Possibly Affected Units:
-Units purchased from UNAUTHORIZED dealers. (Please note, purchasing from unauthorized dealers does not guarantee your unit is stolen. Please check our serial number checker below to verify.)
Unaffected Units:
-Units purchased from authorized dealers

Stolen Serial Number Checker: https://www.audeze.com/apps/product-registration?action=snlookup
The serial checker will state whether you have a stolen unit. If you have verified your Maxwell as stolen, please contact the dealer you purchased from for any return/refunds, as well as email support@audeze.com so we are able to record the details on these purchases.
