Has anyone got any comparisons of the LCDi4 compared to Audeze's LCD-X or LCD-3? I am curious about the i4's but wonder if they would be an upgrade to either of these headphones or just a different form factor. Thanks for any impressions.

There is no comparing Hugo 2 & kann.
Hugo 2 is far ahead of kann.
Kann drives lcd i4 on high gain setting easily. (personal preference)
But at home I prefer Hugo 2.

I currently use them with the PW Audio 1960 4 wire and find that it provides me with a better base sound from which I could eq. using the Sony wm1z.

On audeze.com you can only order the large ones (too big for me..) in a groovy kit (https://www.audeze.com/products/accessories/ear-groovy-kit) or a mixture of medium/large in the iSine accessory kit (https://www.audeze.com/isine-accessory-kit)

I would prefer to order a set of several medium, or even better small earhooks if available..

Contact the customer service (support@audeze.zendesk.com), they sell a specific kit for the i4, it has the grooved silicon ear tips and at least 2nstes of earhooks in the different sizes. This for $10, including shipment, if you leave in the US,

I have that setup but i don't like the ifi micro dsd bl with the lcdi4. The 3d switch makes it super fatiguing. Sure it increases the perceived width but at th cost of too much energy in the treble. Sadly i couldnt get the Reveal + adapter plugin to work with my foobar2000 to see its potential.
Wish i could try it on the Hugo2 but the only way for me to hear it is by either trading my lcdi4 or sellling it...
