I have a jotunheim2 that puts out 1.2w @300 ohms but it just sounds like the lcd4 is lacking. I also tried it out of a hpa1 and it was worse

Can anyone recommend a solid state amp under 2k for the lcd4?

GS-X mini is better than BHA-1.

Mini is within budget new.

I am getting a Niimbus 5 pro in a week or so to run my LCD4’s. I am currently using a Moon 430 ha which is nice but I think I will prefer the Niimbus. I have a Taurus Mk2 amp which is bettered by the Moon.

Therea are times when power tells nothing about synergise in term of sound

Is there a dedicated CRBN thread yet? It looks great, personally I'm more interested in this than LCD-R.
