Yes the mad enthusiasm for the HP1000’s seems to be waning. One concern would be that without the box it’s impossible to differentiate the HP2’s from the HP3’s.

The headphones are getting along in years and several people have had to replace drivers in the headphones after buying them.

And with the arrival of the PS-1 Pros the HP1000’s have lost some of the status they once had.

if it has the sig cable shouldnt it be the hp2's?

You might be spoiled by the PS-1.........but never think the 325 is anything close to the HP2.

don't forget that this pair has a screw missing... that should affect the pricing somewhat.

Damn that's beautiful. If this baby goes for less than $550 than I may have to release my RS1s . . .
