ATTN MODS: Create sticky area to report issues?

First, I am grateful that the board is back up with minimal deficit. Perhaps, would it be possible to make a sticky thread to report any problems?

One area of note is subscribed threads or PMs. When the option is selected to notify via email, I'm not receiving any.
