Yeah,Lampizators sound phenomenal. Im quite lucky to get a chance to own one.
Being an R2R guy,I was quite surprised to find out the TRP,which was just released in April of 2019,is a D/S design
They do have a DAC that doesnt require the sale of a kidney to own,the Amber 3.
I will be doing a review of it soon.
Thanks guys. They do knock your eyes out. Great midrange sound through Norne Einvaldi cable. Trevor has a layered S3 winging its way to me for my ZMF headphones.
At 71, you learn to enjoy your midrange. Lots of hours of break in ahead.

Enjoy them straight away and as the rubber surrounds learn their flex patterns for the energies of the frequency spectrum and settle in a bit it’ll get just right. Mental adjustment and psychical electro mechanical parameters settling in will all align.
When I looked at that picture, I was thinking the best part is it's an Eikon. A very striking looking Eikon.
Mine has padauk earcups...a wood with color and grain that greatly appeal to me, though admittedly less dramatic than the burls.
No matter what the wood is, it's the sound that stands out. I find the Eikon's sound to be very musical & dramatic. Every time I hear mine it's a thrill ride. Different things come through w/different amps, perhaps best from an OTL tube amp: calm, yet also thrilling.
