I just new to the forum

But I need the set too! Is it made with this velvet like material near to the ears/head? Leather gets sweaty when you hear for longer.

Hi Carsten,

Thanks and welcome to Head-Fi.

Well, Jeremy from JMoney Audio didn't tell me the exact earpad material that will be used on the areas that get in contact with the head.
But since I asked him to make it as near to the original ones as possible, I would guess he will use some kind of velvet.
I can confirm this and get back to you.

Oh yes, please confirm this material, because on the example denon pics, the material seems to be leather.

Regarding the use of velvet, I've received the following reply from Jeremy:

"I'm going to have to figure out some things when I see them [the original parts]. Ideally I would want to make them out of full leather as that is my specialty. Maybe you could ask them how crucial the velvet would be."
