Hi everyone,
Decided to be adventurous - going to order one of the audio-technica headphones in the next couple of days. Just wondering if the wooden ones has a better resonance than the titanium ones? Any input on the subject would be greatly appreciated. Also , the audio cubes website states that these are "the successors" of the ath-w100 , are they basically the same thing or a different sound all together??? I'll do some looking around,
appreciate all the information

If they maintain the same sounds as their predecessors, A100 and W100, the A1000 will be more agressive while the W1000 will have a more laid back sound with a much sweeter midrange. But, as kin3tix stated, the jury's still out as no one has even heard either one yet. My W1000s will be in sometime next week, so I'll be reviewing them to see how they compare to the Senn 600s.

HI: There is always a possible trade between the ATH-A1000 and the ATH-W1000 as long as they are new meaning a week or two.
Both cans will have the D.A.D.S. system
