I got my new ATH - m50x  today. i noticed that even that they are closed back headphones, people around me are still able to hear what i'm hearing if the volume is high .
 
 is there any problems with the headphones or that you can't expect 120 euro headphones not to leak sound at all.

even if the volume is on half you can hear if its a noisy song played on the pc. on phone the volume has to be almost on the max.

Not sure what he's comparing it to but the sound leakage is similar to most other closed headphones. At safe volumes and even unsafe ones for short periods the sound should be very faint if at all audible. Don't listen to what he did 75% that will surely mess up your hearing.
