I'm looking for a new pair of headphones to replace my two-year-old Sennheiser HD280 Pros. They've served me very well, and they're just falling apart now. I want something with a bit more punch to the bass than these, which are deep but not very slam-y. I've heard that the AD900s are punchy and controlled sounding and also the deepest of the AD series. Do you think these headphones would be good out of a PC sound card, and would it suit my bass requirements? Also, I'm going to Guitar Center tomorrow, does anyone have any idea if they carry the A/AD line of headphones? Thanks

Well, nevermind, I ordered them this afternoon. 2 day shipping from Audiocubes, should be here Tuesday or Wednesday. I'm excited, and I hope I made the right choice.

I think you'll like the AT and find it quite unlike the HD280 Pro.

Haha, I would sure hope so! Not that these are bad, but $120 more better give me some good sound!
